What should I bring or wear?
- Closed toe shoes – sneakers or light hikers
- Weather appropriate athletic clothing, long-sleeve shirt, pants and light gloves are recommended but not necessary
- Eye protection such as glasses or sunglasses recommended
- Completed participant waivers if not already completed
Can I bring my own bike?
Yes, we can guide your group using your own electric or traditional bikes. We don’t recommend mixing both types, but contact us to discuss your needs. We can customize the tour based on your group’s riding ability and provide the custom experience you are looking for.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 36 hours in advance to retain your $50 reservation fee for future tour credit. Tours canceled by Leaf & Spoke (e.g., due to weather or guide availability) qualify for a full refund or credit. We do not offer refunds for customer cancellations.
How does the billing process work?
You can book online through our Square booking site accessed through any of the book/reservation buttons on the site OR you can contact us via social media. The booking process is easy, First select the tour package that matches the number in your group, (2 to 4 participants per tour). Next select the date and time of your tour (based on availability). Finally fill out the contact information and any additional notes and click book appointment. We will review the reservation and once accepted request $50/non-refundable payment to reserve your spot. We will bill the remaining balance via “tap to pay” on the day of your tour.
What do you provide for tour participants?
We provide the use of a electric pedal assisted class 1 mountain bike, a mountain bike helmet with wireless microphone and speaker, a full water bottle, an experienced guide to lead the tour and provide initial and ongoing instruction regarding the bike, terrain, and points of interest.
How do I secure my tour date reservation?
You can book your date through our Square booking site or contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram and we’ll send you an online invoice for non-refundable $50 reservation fee and the required participant waivers to hold your date. Waivers also the riders height and weight so we can setup the bikes prior to your arrival.
